The Project consists of the development of a 60 MW IT data center nearby Milan, featuring a liquid-to-liquid cooling system. LC&Partners is supporting Goodman in the procurement phase, managing the preparation of ITT packages and providing cost control/cost consultancy services, including the development of RIBA 2 and RIBA 3 Cost Plans.
