The Summit is a 41 storey tower (4B+ G+3P+31+2M) with 7 floors for office use and 24 upper floors for residential use, with a total BUA of 97’500 m², which includes 15 retail units, 98 offices and 312 apartments. It is located in a strategic position next to Dubai Marina. The Construction works started in 2008 and were suspended in November 2013 after the casting of 4 basement + ground floor + 3 podium + 7 office floors.
